Space for the whole ecosystem to breathe, play, and regenerate.
Family life is a dynamic, complex, and multilayered landscape. Every family has its own rhythm and its own unique way of maintaining balance. But there are seasons when those old rhythms no longer work, and the "stuckness" begins to feel heavy. As a systemic family therapist, I don't see any one person as a "problem to be fixed." Instead, I see every member as an active participant in a living system.
When we work together, we aren't just troubleshooting behaviors; we are bridging gaps. We move away from blame and toward alignment, respect, and deep curiosity. Here, you can learn to see through one another's eyes and find generative solutions that allow the whole family to thrive.
Therapy for Families, Children & Adolescents
-
• Communication has turned into a cycle of "shutting down" or "blowing up," leaving everyone feeling lonely.
• Your child is struggling with "big feelings," and you're unsure how to provide the steady container they need.
• The pressure to "fix" or "discipline" is overshadowing the simple joy of being together.
• Your family is navigating a major threshold — immigration, a move, a loss, or a shift in identity.
• You feel a disconnect in the home, even though the love is deeply present.
• You want to break generational patterns but aren't sure where the old threads end and your new story begins.

My approach is deeply rooted in psychodynamic, systemic, and transpersonal therapy, viewing the family as an ecosystem where everything is interconnected. My work is uniquely informed by my background in family constellation facilitation, multicultural practice, and Montessori education — where I learned to honor the natural development and innate wisdom within each individual. I bring a spirit of genuine curiosity, moving away from "why is this happening?" and toward "what is this trying to tell us?"
I am a trauma-informed and gender-affirming therapist. I welcome multicultural, queer, LGBTQI+, and heteronormative families alike.

• Connect with Nature — Bringing awareness to the reciprocal relationship with the world around us — patience, rhythm, and interconnectedness.
• Map the System — Looking at the "invisible loyalties" and ancestral patterns that influence how you show up as a parent or sibling today.

"A family is a field of resonance. When we stop trying to 'fix' the individual and instead look at what the whole system is trying to express, the possibility for healing emerges for everyone." — Stephan Hausner
